 Each
of our engineers has completed the required five year apprenticeship
and are classified as scale makers. They also receive specialised
training at the various manufacturer’s premises on
a regular basis.
When a service request is received the engineer will travel
to the location and if possible repair and calibrate the
scale on site. If this cannot be done the equipment will
be brought to our workshop and a quotation supplied for
repair or replacement.
We also offer a certification service were quality control
systems are in place, and if required we can offer a very
competitively priced service contact.
New equipment sold by us will be covered by the manufacturers
warranty for 12 months. When this has expired we will supply
a quotation for a service contract.
Our after sales service is second to none and a very important
part of our business.
